In my 17-year career, I have been blessed with learning about traditional (buyer/seller) real estate sales, bank owned properties, short sales, off-market opportunities, buy and flip, and buy and hold homes. Understanding the current real estate market, and using that understanding to position my clients best, is also a skill that has created my successful track record.

 

I am a lifelong Washingtonian, born in Seattle, WA, and grew up just 15 minutes south of Bellevue and Seattle in the city of Renton, WA. I attended O’Dea High School in downtown Seattle and moved on to the University of Washington (Seattle) where I graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree in 2001. I began my real estate career in May of 2004 and have not looked back since. It has been an absolute pleasure working with people of all types of real estate backgrounds. Whether working with sellers, first-time home buyers, real estate investors, land developers, etc. my commitment is the same: keeping my clients informed, representing their best interests, and delivering a smooth, stress-free real estate transaction for all parties involved.
