Does my property qualify to be a vacation rental?
Not every home qualifies to be a vacation rental. Our team will review your home to determine if it is eligible. -

Can I reach you after hours?
We are available 24/7 to answer your call. Our local property managers and real estate agents are typically available to speak with from 8am - 5pm, 7 days a week. -
Does the money get put directly into my account after each guest?
Money received from the booking sites will be held by us and dispersed to you at the beginning of the following month. For example, if a booking is completed in November, you will receive your portion of those funds in December. Payments will be sent either by check or direct deposit along with a detailed statement, which you can access from your Owner's Portal. -
Do guest’s pay a damage deposit?
Yes, most guests pay a small damage fee when they reserve your home, which is non-refundable. We use this fee to provide an additional layer of protection in the event that minor damage occurs. -
Can you help me find and buy a vacation rental home?
Yes we are a licensed real estate firm and would be happy to discuss helping you buy, sell and invest here in Lake Chelan. -
How and when do I get statements?
We will provide you with a detailed statement at the beginning of each month for all of the completed bookings from the prior month. Checks or direct deposits will be sent out each month by the 10th. -
Do I need Insurance?
Yes. You will need to purchase a short term vacation rental insurance policy for your home. We also can provide you information about an insurance plan that is pay - per - guest from Assurant if you don’t want to purchase a yearly policy. Our team can give you more details. -
How soon can you start taking bookings?
Our team will work with you quickly and efficiently to get your home ready to start taking bookings. This process can take as little as a few weeks or longer if needed to be able to achieve the best possible results. -
My vacation home is currently being managed by another company. Can I switch to you?
Yes, we can talk to you about the best way to transfer to our company to avoid any interruptions in bookings. -

The health and safety of our staff, guests and owners is our top priority. Our cleaning standards meet or exceed all CDC guidelines and our team follows all government mandated regulations for continued safety.
